This seminar is concerned with helping you deepen your meditation practice by understanding some key sutras in the Yoga Sutras related to the breath and the mind. It will involve practical application of rudimentary breathing practices and theory supplied by the Sutras helping one to expand his/her capacity toward a state of quietude and preparation to go deeper in their meditation.

Presented by Charles B Crenshaw Jr M.S., a graduate of Swami Rama’s Program in Eastern Studies, a program that connected the practical psychology and philosophy of Yoga Science with that of  Western psychology.

Prerequisites: Some previous experience in meditation is required.
