“Meditation annihilates time and then you are free, and you can be here and now.”

Swami Rama

This online meditation program is designed for those aspirants who sincerely want to train themselves in the method of meditation. It is based on Swami Rama’s book, Meditation and Its Practice, a practical guide to inner life.

The emphasis will be on developing a regular personal practice, systematically building your meditation practice step by step.

Assignments will be given to the participants to explore a number of multi-media online resources, on their own time between classes, so they are prepared to discuss the material when the classes meet together online. The success of the course depends upon the willingness of the participant to commit to practicing the assignments between classes.

  • How to sit in a comfortable, steady position for meditation
  • How to make your breathing process serene
  • How to calmly witness the objects traveling in the train of your mind
