This 4-day program is designed to understand the basic concepts of yoga and meditation in our daily life, and how to benefit from these practices without making big changes in our daily routine.

Yoga practices will include:

  • Foundation of yoga classes like how to sit, breathe and relax
  • History and lineage of yoga tradition
  • Joints & glands practices
  • Classical hatha yoga

 

Meditation practices will include:

  • Meditative posture alignment
  • Systematic relaxation in meditative posture
  • Breathing qualities to calm the mind
  • Use of mantra or sacred sound
