The purpose of this silence retreat is to give mental peace.This program is designed to explore the concepts of silence and discover how silence can deepen our yoga practices.

Silence practices over the weekend include:

  • Foundation of yoga classes like how to sit, breathe and relax
  • Understanding the concept of Silence as per Bhagavad Gita.
  • Joints & glands exercises
  • Classical hatha yoga
  • Systematic relaxation leading to the 61 point exercise
  • Nadi Shodhanam
  • Silent Meditation

Three vegetarian meals provided daily.

Program fee for May 28-31, 2026:

Single occupancy: Rs. 8,800

Double occupancy: Rs. 6,800 per person

[Note: Single occupancy charges will be applied if there is no one to share the room.]

Program fee includes classes, room, and food.

6:30-8:00 a.m., Joints and glands exercises, systematic relaxation

8:00, Breakfast

9:00, Walk

10:00-10:30 a.m., Silent meditation

10:30-11 a.m., Diaphragmatic Breathing and 31 point exercise

12:30 – 1 p.m., Nadi shodhanam

1:00, Lunch

2-4, Free time, personal time

4:00, Tea

4:30-6:30, Classical hatha yoga

7:00, Supper

8:00 – 8:30 pm., Silent meditation

Day 4
