The purpose of this silence retreat is to give mental peace.This 3-day program is designed to explore the concepts of silence and discover how silence can deepen our yoga practices.
Silence practices over the weekend include:
- Foundation of yoga classes like how to sit, breathe and relax
- Understanding the concept of Silence as per Bhagavad Gita.
- Joints & glands exercises
- Classical hatha yoga
- Systematic relaxation leading to the 61 point exercise
- Nadi Shodhanam
- Silent Meditation
Three vegetarian meals provided daily.

Program fee: rs. 1,500 per person
Boarding and lodging single occupancy: rs.1,700 per person per day
Boarding and lodging twin sharing only: rs.1,200 per person per day

10:30-11 a.m., Diaphragmatic Breathing and 31 point exercise
12:30 – 1 p.m., Nadi shodhanam
