This 5-day retreat is for people who are exhausted mentally and physically. This program will help release all the physical and mental stress from the body and mind. It will help you rest and restore energy. It will help to detoxify all negative emotions and remove all the toxins generated by them. It will help restore balance, calmness and positivity.

This program is based on Swami Rama’s book “Exercise Without Movement.” The knowledge of this book will inspire you to rest and rejuvenate yourself on many levels.

The yoga in this retreat will be very gentle and relaxing for the body. The breathwork will be focused on energizing and cleansing the body and mind.

The main practices will be done in shavasana (lying on your back) and will take you into deep rest to remove all anxiety, panic and stress.

This 5-day rest and restore retreat is meant to give you a refreshing start to your daily life so that you can live joyfully.

Program fee: rs. 2,500 per person

Boarding and lodging single occupancy: rs.1,700 per person per day

Boarding and lodging double occupancy: rs.1,200 per person per day [Note: Single occupancy charges will be applied if there is no one to share the room.]
