Dates: February 11-16, 2025

“Among all the creatures in the world the human being is the finest and among all the human beings, the finest is he who knows that the lord of life is love. One who knows how to give love is truly a server of humanity. Forgiveness is a virtue which is essential in developing love.”

Swami Rama

How to develop the virtue of forgiveness is the focus of this retreat. It starts by being aware of oneself and the emotions that obstruct the process of forgiveness. During this retreat we will explore topics such as:

  • How to transform your habit patterns,
  • What to do with desires,
  • How to creatively use emotions,
  • What is your philosophy of life,
  • How freedom and responsibility go together and of course: love and forgiveness.

There are daily guided classes on the practices of joints and glands, asanas, breathing, relaxation and meditation.

No prior experience in yoga or meditation is required. Suggested reading before or during the retreat is “Creative Use of Emotions” by Swami Rama.

Participants commit to staying in the ashram for the duration of the retreat to intensify their practice.

Three vegetarian meals are provided daily. Single accommodation will be given when space is available.
