This weekend program is an introductory program to know oneself on all levels – body, breath, mind, emotions and the Self. The basic practices of the Himalayan tradition will guide the practitioner to know deeper levels of one’s being. Herein one will learn the essentials of sitting, walking, relaxation and being aware of the goal of life. Also covered will be the essential rungs of yama and niyama as they pertain to daily living.

Program fee: rs. 1,500 per person
Boarding and lodging single occupancy: rs.1,700 per person per day
Boarding and lodging double occupancy: rs.1,200 per person per day [Note: Single occupancy charges will be applied if there is no one to share the room.]
