The greatest of all friends of yours is Silence. You can increase the span of life by putting yourself in conscious Silence.

The sages teach the systematic path of going within, from the gross to the subtle to the subtlest aspect of oneself. This retreat will enable oneself to consciously withdraw from the external world, to learn to be still, to gradually go within to the Center of Silence.

Boarding and lodging single occupancy: rs.1,700 per person per day
Boarding and lodging double occupancy: rs.1,200 per person per day [Note: Single occupancy charges will be applied if there is no one to share the room.]
