Dates: October 22-30, 2026

This 9-day residential program we dive into practices that will invite you to explore subtler levels of breath, relaxation and meditation. Everyone with or without prior practice is welcome. In this retreat we will zoom in on a few specific practices of our tradition, namely a whole series of relaxations leading to the yoga nidra practice, om kriya and slowing down the breath in order to deepen 2-1 breathing. This retreat is experiential, focusing on practice, practice, practice… more satsang based retreats with Ma Tripurashakti would be “Practices of the Tradition of the Himalayas,” “8 Step to Self-transformation” and “Living the Yoga Sutras”

Practices explored will be: diaphragmatic breathing, sandbag breathing, even breathing, 2:1 breathing, nadi shodhana, bastrika, kapalabhati, ujjay, brahmari and agni sara. And the practices of relaxation: body scans, 61-points, shitali karana, yoga nidra as well as om-kriya.

There is also enough personal time for self-study and for walks along the Ganges.
Three vegetarian meals are provided daily.
