Welcome to “Bhagavad Gita in Daily Life,” a transformative week-long program designed to illuminate the
profound teachings of the Bhagavad Gita with practical approaches as taught by Swami Rama and Swami
Veda which will empower you to integrate its wisdom into your everyday life.

The program begins February 20 with check-in by 10 a.m. Checkout on the 23rd after breakfast.

Lectures, discussion and practice sessions will progressively cover the essence of Jnana Yoga, followed by Karma Yoga and then Bhakti Yoga, one day for each where salient shlokas will be discussed. Ample time will be allotted to discussions and Q/A.

Daily Schedule

• 6 am – Tea
• 6.30 – 7.30 am – Joints and glands exercises
• 7.30- 8 am – Meditation
• 8 am – Breakfast
• 10-12 noon – Lectures and discussions class on Bhagvad Gita in daily life including Q/A for 1/2 hour
• 12.30 pm – Pranayama
• 1 pm – Lunch
• 4 pm – Tea
• 5-6 pm – Discussions on Bhagvad Gita in daily life
• 6-7 pm – Guided meditation
• 7 pm – Dinner
• 8 pm – Swami Rama video lectures.

Minimum enrollment of 5 participants required.
