This retreat is designed for anyone wishing to deepen their meditation practice through the systematic application of hatha yoga.

Suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners, the program emphasizes classical hatha yoga postures, pranayama, relaxation techniques, and meditation practices that cultivate inner awareness, stability, and mental clarity.

Through a balanced combination of physical practice, breath awareness, self-reflection, and guided meditation, participants will learn how hatha yoga serves as a foundation for deeper meditative experiences and a more mindful way of living.

No previous experience is required.

Single occupancy: Rs. 8,800

Double occupancy: Rs. 6,800 per person

6:30–8:00 a.m. – Joints & Glands

8:00 a.m. – Breakfast

9:00 a.m. – Silent walk / reflection / journaling / personal practice

10:00 a.m.  Discussion and  practicum

1:00 p.m. – Lunch

4:00 p.m. – Tea

5:00–6:30 p.m. – Evening hatha yoga, pranayama, and guided meditation

7:00 p.m. – Supper

8:00 p.m. – Swami Rama Video.
