Online Satsang “Art of Joyful Living” by Swami Rama

In 8 online Zoom sessions we will explore the book “Art of Joyful Living” by Swami Rama.

Time: 8:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Indian time

Beginning May 29, 2025 (Each class is spaced 2 weeks apart to give you the chance to read and understand the book chapter between sessions.)

In each session we start with an overview of the chapter. We will then dive into some highlights of the chapter to deepen our understanding and reflect on how it relates to us, our daily life and sadhana. There is also time for questions related to the chapter discussed.

See the list below for dates and the topic of each session.

It is preferable for everyone to join all the sessions and read the chapters before the sessions.

The book can be purchased several ways: online at Amazon, your local bookseller, or mail order through books@sadhanamandir.org.

Everyone is welcome to join, no prior experience is required.
