This weekend retreat is designed to explore the practical methods of integrating the traditional path of Raja Yoga, into daily living.

The retreat includes a practical look at the application of yamas and niyamas for daily living, as well as postures, breathing practices, sense withdrawal, concentration, meditation, and beyond.

Retreat begins on Friday at 4:30 p.m., and ends on Sunday at noon (participants are invited to stay for Sunday lunch).
