This weekend program is an opportunity to explore the rich and profound philosophy of living and being as explained by Swami Rama. Though the method is simple and direct, the teachings are deep and profound. Swami Rama succinctly puts forth the principles in simple language, so that the participant may gain direct experience.
The video lecture, “Stressless Living” by Swami Rama, will be covered over the weekend, along with discussions on the main points and practicums on related techniques.
Breathing and relaxation exercises will be taught as important tools to promote inner peace and balance.
Three vegetarian meals are provided daily.
The program begins with orientation at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The program ends on Sunday at 12 noon.

7:15-8:00, systematic relaxation & diaphragmatic breathing
10:00-12 noon, session & practicum

2-4:00, rest, walk, reading, reflection, personal time
5:30-7:00, session & practicum
8-8:30, satsang & review of the day
