Guided Silence Retreats are now being offered for serious sadhakas to experience silence, personal renewal, and deepening of meditation practices. Self-reliance is essential for this program.

Participants should maintain external and internal silence except for possible communication with facilitators in case of some need.

We provide:

A private room

Suggested yoga and meditation practice schedule

Three vegetarian meals daily

Basic instruction for practicums

Suggested donation: 4-day program, Rs.3,600; 5-day program Rs.4,500
