How can I reach the ashram? The ashram is located on Virbhadra Road, just below Hotel Ganga Kinare and before you get to the Barrage (see map on Contact Us page). What is a mantra and how do I get one? Mantra is a syllable, a sound, a word or set of words used by spiritual traditions all over the world as a bridge to cross the mire of delusion and go to the other shore of life. Mantra helps make the mind one-pointed, inward, and then finally leads to the center of consciousness. Mantra is imparted by a qualified teacher to a student when the teacher feels that the student is prepared.
