Self Transformation and Ayurvedic Rejuvenation

In addition to following the Self Transformation Program, the participant can augment their individualized program with Ayurvedic rejuvenation therapies (Pancha Karma ) offered at the Himalayan Institute Hospital Rishikesh Extension, or the main campus in Jolly Grant.

Pancha Karma is a 5-pronged therapy which flushes out toxins and restores balance of the 3 vital principles (vatta, pitha, kapha). Pancha Karma is one of the therapeutic procedures of the ancient Indian system of medicine called Ayurveda. Even healthy individuals can benefit from Pancha Karma as it prevents the build-up of toxins to disease-causing levels and helps retard the ageing process.
