Dates: July 27-31 & August 1-5, 2017

This 5-day Yoga Retreat offered in the gentle, rainy, breezy monsoon season of Rishikesh, is a perfect time to enjoy a peaceful retreat with daily yoga classes and delicious, fresh vegetarian food in a spiritual and uplifting environment. Classes in beginning level hatha yoga, breathing, relaxation, and beginning level meditation will help you discover your inner being, balance emotions, and create an inner sanctuary.

No previous experience in yoga or meditation is required.

The program begins with an orientation at 4:30 p.m. on the first day. The program ends at 1 p.m.on the last day.
